This project was a great deal of fun. Ford's Theatre reached out to the shop manager at Baltimore Center Stage asking if I had time and ability to do some build for them. I was very excited to take on this project because of my love of menswear.

This project brought with it normal amount if challenges. I definitely got an older set of measurements that did not reflect the actor accurately and I was told last minute that the costume now had to be quick changeable solely supported by the actor.

In the end, I created a beautiful coat that is fully line with pocket flaps and a waistcoat with function pockets. It was also exciting to be able to go to the historic Ford's Theatre as a history nerd.
